Besides sixteen soothing instrumentals with hints of natural sounds, this CD offers two additional bonus tracks: "Marco Polo" by Loreena McKennit as well as an original song, "Tea, SD—Living Easy" with lyrics by Danna Rosenthal and sung by Hillary Fortin.
